SMT LEENA MEHENDALE, MEMBER (A):

                        The learned counsel for the contemnor department has submitted a Memo today stating therein that the petitioner has already been reinstated in service on 13.11.2010 and  requests that this Tribunal may drop the Contempt Proceedings.  The learned counsel Shri S.K.Mohiyuddin for the original applicant in O.A. 589/99 has no objection.  Thus the Contempt Petition 41/10 stands disposed of.
