SMT LEENA MEHENDALE, MEMBER (A):

Both the counsels are present. Shri B.Veerabhadra, learned counsel for the applicant informs that as the reliefs prayed for by the applicant have been granted, namely dropping of disciplinary proceedings and accepting the resignation rendered by the applicant from service , the department will pay the legitimate dues accrues there from to the applicant after examining his case. In the meantime the learned counsel for the respondents has filed the reply statement under which the order for withdrawing the charge sheet and accepting the applicant's resignation. Hence as agreed by both the parties the case stands disposed of
