O R D E R (ORAL)

HON'BLE SMT. LEENA MEHENDALE ...MEMBER(A)

On the last occasion the learned Counsel for applicant had taken adjournment to bring on record the appointment order which would throw light on whether the appointment was provisional or permanent. Today he submits that
- 2 -

he learnt from the appointment order issued to another employee that his appointment order was also temporary/provisional.

2. It is clear from Annexure A13 that the applicant was given a temporary appointment during the leave vacancy of another permanent employee and has worked for a short time of nearly 2 months and his services stood discontinued after the said employee joined. Thus the OA does not merit any further consideration and is accordingly dismissed.
