Per:
Smt. Leena Mehandale, Member (A)
Learned counsel for the
applicant, at the outset, submits that this is the case of Compassionate
Appointment and the representation has been rejected by order dated 14.02.2009
at Annexure-9. In this O.A. he had
pointed out certain lacunae for which the learned counsel for the respondents
had prayed for time seeking instructions from the respondents on the last date
of hearing. Today when the matter came
up, both the learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the applicant
should make a fresh application stating all the grievances that have been
stated in the O.A. and the learned counsel for the applicant would consider it
satisfactory, if a proper direction is given to the respondents. Accordingly, I am giving one month's time to
the applicant to make a fresh application to the Respondents-Department and the
respondents should consider such an application preferred by the applicant
within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application.
2. With the above said direction the O.A. stands disposed of. No costs.
